THE POND

We have outgrown our space at 501 1/2 Main Street in Downtown Windermere. We are in the process of seeking a bigger body of water; however, the True Pond is inside each of us.

As the "Rat Race" creeps inside our minds we become addicted to our busy schedules. "The Pond" is that safe place inside that will free us from our frustrations. We can access this place anytime we choose.

Our instructors are moving in different directions, yet, are still available to assist you in finding that place of peace within yourself. Click on the "Lily Pad" for current classes, workshops, and locations offered by our instructors.
